A postnatal yoga class designed to help new moms regain strength and flexibility. Get your body back, clear your mind and help your heart open fully to this special (and challenging) time of life. Enjoy do-able yet challenging yoga poses together. Meet other moms and build community to support each other. Regain confidence in your body and in your new role as a mother. Moms should be 6 weeks post postpartum and babies pre-crawling.
